Condo New Build

Paint all the walls in all the rooms of a newly built condo. Activities undertaken by Pro Works Painting:

Surface Preparation: Drop sheets and plastic were used in all areas to ensure no paint on the brand new hardwood floors. The walls were new so they didn’t need to be prepped but we had to touch up some caulking along the baseboards and doors.

Painting: Dulux Kitchen and Bath in eggshell for the ensuites and bathrooms. Dulux Lifemaster in eggshell for everywhere else.

Noteable: feature wall in the living room, vaulted ceilings in the living room and bedrooms, different colours for each room
